| Eagle River Animal Hospital is a full service veterinary facility. We provide preventative health care in the form of vaccinations and elective procedures such as spaying and neutering dogs and cats, as well as a wide range of diagnostic, therapeutic and surgical regimens for the ailing companion animal. We utilize several veterinary laboratories as well as in-house testing, and have access to excellent referral clinics that can provide additional services. We also offer cremation service should the need arise. |  |
HOSPITALIZATION AND EXAMS
Hospitalization is available for the observation and treatment of sick animals and post operative patients, and we have an isolation facility for those patients that are potentially contagious to others in the hospital.
We recommend annual examinations, vaccinations and fecal exams for all cats and dogs and yearly heartworm test and preventative medication for dogs.
We have available and are happy to discuss a variety of flea and tick control programs.

PET FOODS
We carry Purina Pro Plan, Hills Science Diet, Iams, IVD Products, Eukanuba and Nutro. We are happy to order what you need if we don't have it in stock. |
PET BOARDING
We have a boarding kennel for dogs and cats. Reservations are a must. The demand for space increases around the holidays and some other annual events. We suggest making reservations as early as possible for those times. |
EMERGENCIES
A veterinarian is available after hospital hours and can be reached by calling the animal hospital. You will get a message as to which Doctor is on call and a number to reach them at. If you get an answering machine at their home please leave a message. They may be working on an animal or traveling between home and the clinic. Someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
